How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depends on the shipping type you request. Regular mail 5-10 business days within Canada and the USA. Express Mail 2-5 business days within Canada and the USA. Also, we offer next day shipping.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Transactions processed through MagicShelf.ca are safe. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. Use an SSL compliant browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome to conduct encrypted transactions through the MagicShelf.ca store.

In which currency the prices are listed?

We accept Canadian Dollars and US Dollars. If you are located in Canada the prices will be displayed in Canadian dollars, otherwise, all other countries will see the prices in US Dollars.

Order & Returns

Do you stock all items listed on your website.

We can not stock every single item, We have over 4000 items in stock and the rest of listed items are shipped directly from our suppliers. We do our best to update our database on a daily basis but sometimes we had todo the update manually depending on the suppliers management system.

Do we share the information?

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction or order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you are required to open an account to place an order. When you open an account you will able to track your shipped items, returns and get special promotions.

How Do I Track My Order?

All of the tracking information for your order will be added to your account, and you can view them in your account dashboard.

What are the returns conditions?

  • Unless faulty, products can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.
  • Our return policy does not apply to downloads, as there is nothing physical to return.
  • Playing cards and DVDs must be returned with shrink wrap fully intact. Faulty DVDs, however, will be replaced with a working version.
  • Opened decks of cards can only be returned if there is a printing error.
  • Unless the product is faulty, you must pay the shipping on returned items. If required, we will reimburse the shipping on faulty items so long as we approve the cost of the shipping before you send it (we will only pay standard shipping costs for faulty items. We will not cover express shipping costs such as UPS or USPS Priority).
  • All products must be returned, intact, complete with packaging. We refuse the right to reserve the return of products that have been damaged in transit, or where the package has been damaged (including having shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging).
  • If the product is not faulty and was sent with free shipping, we will charge you for the actual cost of shipping the product out to you.
  • Products can be returned up to two months after purchase.
  • We only accept returns from the original purchaser (i.e. if you sell the product, we cannot accept a return from your purchaser).
